Alan "Rudy" Reyes, Esq.

Founder & Principal Counsel

Alan Rudy Reyes, Principal Counsel at The Senoia Firm

Background

Nearly Two Decades at the Intersection of Law & Business

Alan "Rudy" Reyes is the founder and Principal Counsel of The Senoia Firm, where he advises businesses, executives, and entrepreneurs on the legal issues that arise in the real world of operating and growing a company. His practice is informed by nearly two decades of experience working at the intersection of law, business operations, regulatory compliance, risk management, and executive decision-making.

Throughout his career, Rudy has worked closely with businesses and their leadership teams, giving him firsthand experience with the legal and operational challenges faced by owners and executives. His work has included contracts and commercial transactions, litigation and dispute strategy, regulatory compliance, insurance and risk management, employment matters, licensing, and the day-to-day legal issues that arise in operating and growing a business.

Rudy represents clients ranging from privately and publicly held multinational companies to local, family-owned businesses and tradespeople. He provides traditional legal services as well as General Counsel and Fractional General Counsel services, allowing businesses that may not need—or want the expense of—a full-time in-house legal department to have experienced counsel involved in their ongoing business decisions.

Whether advising a multinational organization or a local roofing contractor, Rudy's approach remains the same: understand the business, identify the actual risk, and provide practical legal advice that helps the client move forward.

Rudy understands that businesses rarely need legal advice in isolation—they need to know what the law means for the decision they have to make next. His goal is to provide sophisticated legal counsel that is practical, commercially aware, and proportionate to the problem at hand.

Beyond the Practice

Community & Personal

Community service and nonprofit leadership are important parts of Rudy's work outside the practice of law. He serves as President of Foundation X Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Corp. and as Vice Chair of the Romanoff Foundation. He has also served on various boards and with community organizations, including Habitat for Humanity.

Outside of his professional and nonprofit work, Rudy has traveled to more than 60 countries and has spent years training and competing in martial arts. He holds a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and a brown belt in Judo and has trained extensively in Muay Thai.

Rudy lives in Georgia with his family and founded The Senoia Firm on the belief that a lawyer's job does not end with identifying a problem.

Understand the objective. Know the law. Assess the risk. Find the path forward.

Losers let it happen. Winners make it happen.
